Well, as if the move from Sydney back to Melbourne hasn't slowed me at all, I'm casting my eyes further south, to the untapped paradise of Tasmania. A decent little shack will only set you back around A$300,000.( US$150,000 ). This is what the same money currently buys near my current suburb in Melbourne.
